Sharla... this has nothing to do with the beautiful song you posted :) but I have a killer chai tea latte recipe that you need to incorperate into the Fernie Tea and Coffee House menu (although the way I make it is fairly time consuming and far too impractical for actual use:
-drop of vanilla
-brown sugar to taste
-dusting of cinnemon
-dusting of nutmeg
-equal parts milk and water
-any old store bought chai tea bag (use two if you want it stronger)
-sprinkle of salt
bring everything to a simmer on the stove, and stir frequently. Then drink it :)
So good.
Oh and tinker lots... cause it's by no means perfected. I have the strange incling to try it with some orange zest in it :) or cocoa... Let me know what you think.
